Graduated from National University of Singapore with a Master’s degree in International Business. Richard Lim has more than 10 years of practical operational experience in the Southeast Asian market and is well-versed in the economic policies and business environments of ASEAN countries. He oversees the company’s daily operations, including resource coordination across branches, project supervision, and the optimization of business processes.
Rachel Tan
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With prior experience as a Finance Director at an international investment bank, Rachel Tan specializes in financial analysis and fundraising for cross-border investment projects. She is responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, capital management, and risk control, including oversight of cross-border fund flows and financial compliance.
Linda Wong
Director of Overseas Investment
Linda Wong brings extensive expertise in cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and resource integration. She is particularly skilled in managing complex multi-party collaboration projects. Her primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating overseas investment opportunities, project development and execution, as well as coordinating policies with local governments.

Lily Chan specializes in policy research and legal compliance, covering areas such as international investment regulations, trade policy analysis, and contract legal review. With significant expertise in international economic law, she is familiar with the legal systems of ASEAN countries and has provided legal consultancy services to numerous multinational corporations.
