Responsibilities

- Assist companies in formulating cross-border business and expansion plans, including brand promotion and customer resource development.

Legal & Compliance Officer
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or compliance management.
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks of Southeast Asian countries, especially regarding cross-border trade and investment.
- Proficiency in contract review, legal risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work fluently in English.
Responsibilities
- Review business contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks.
- Provide legal support, including handling cross-border investments, trade disputes, and compliance policy reviews.
- Monitor legal and policy developments in Southeast Asian countries and provide legal advice to management.
- Assist in developing and improving the company’s internal compliance systems to ensure lawful and compliant operations.
